About
Daniah GreenbergDaniah (Dah-n-yah), a wayward catholic with Jewish ancestry, is the founder of the Tree of Life Translation of the Holy Bible.
She came to faith in Messiah Yeshua, Jesus Christ, during her college years when she ended up lost in a jail cell. She began her resurrected married life pregnant by a “nice Jewish guy” named Mark Greenberg in 1989. Mentored by Rabbi Jonathan Bernis and active in the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America, they were trained up in the Jewish roots of the faith for over two decades. During that time, they were ordained to lead worship services, teach the Torah, and disciple families to follow the Jewish Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus.)
Daniah is singularly focused on teaching practical Biblical Literacy across generations and does so with wisdom and grace. As a mother, artist, and community leader, Daniah took up the charge and effectively gathered leaders from throughout the national Messianic Jewish and Christian community to birth a brand-new translation of the Bible: The Tree of Life Version (TLV).
As the matriarch of the TLV team, Daniah has passed the baton of leadership to their daughter, Mandie and two sons, Joseph and Simeon. This family, along with Dr. Jeffrey Seif, TLV Chief Theologian, lead a diverse team of 70 professionals representing Messianic ministries nationwide and affiliates in Israel to maintain the TLV Biblical text.
In this season, Daniah is rejoicing in a new marriage and heralding her manifesto on Biblical Feminism. Her hope is to restore not only the Jewish roots of Christian faith, but to actively support faith-filled females who believe they are critically - and equally - valuable to the Kingdom of God!
